"We are adding a service coordinator, John Fitzpatrick, at our Woburn office," explains Adam Marson, field manager for TradeWinds' customers in eastern Massachusetts. "John's presence in the office will help us to better serve our customers. He and I and our technicians can be in closer communication with our customers - a team on the same page in terms of accomplishing increased productivity."
