News and Events Veronica Bennett Joins TradeWinds as Account Manager June 30, 2008, Exeter, NH -- TradeWinds Mechanical Service's continued growth results in an additional management position. An ever-expanding customer base has allowed for TradeWinds to hire Veronica Bennett as an account manager - a new position. Her focus will be on sustaining customer relationships. TradeWinds Mechanical Services supplies heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration services for commercial properties from Maine to Virginia. "TradeWinds goal is to exceed our customers expectations," explains Steve Sewall, president of TradeWinds. "The only way to do that is to be in constant communication with them, listening to them. We are pleased to have Veronica Bennett join us to enhance this commitment to our customers." Veronica Bennett, a Kittery, Maine, resident, received her BA in chemistry from Ohio State University in Columbus. After a year doing research in a lab, she moved on to selling equipment to labs. Her career in sales and customer service evolved from there. She moved from product sales to sustaining customer relationships. "I wanted to develop longer lasting relationships with customers," said Bennett. "Sales tends to go after the big fish, bring it in and move on to the next project. But once I made that relationship, I wanted to stay with that customer through the good and the bad. I look forward to doing that with TradeWinds." The need for this new position was created to better handle the growth that TradeWinds has seen in the last two years – an unprecedented 30% last year and 31% this year. The goal is to maintain our small company courtesies while continuing to grow, explains Sewall. Bennett is looking forward to trailblazing this new position. "I'm excited about this opportunity," said Bennett, "although I have some trepidation about creating something new. But I'm being given freedom as well as guidance so I can set a course."
