Doug Kumph Appointed HR Manager At TradeWinds Mechanical Services

January 21, 2010, Exeter, NH -- Doug Kumph of Newmarket, NH, has been appointed the new HR Manager at TradeWinds Mechanical Services. Kumph, a licensed Professional Engineer in the disciplines of heating & ventilating, mechanical and chemical, joined TradeWinds in 2006, to assist with special HVAC projects. In 2007, he was promoted to manager of Field Support Services working closely with Operations and IT. In 2009, he earned his Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern NH University. Doug was awarded the Outstanding Student Award for having the highest GPA in the 2009 OL graduating class, a 4.0. His background makes him exceedingly qualified to lead the human resources department at TradeWinds - a company that supplies heating, ventilating, air conditioning & refrigeration services for commercial properties.

"I am pleased that Doug is ready and committed to move from one management position into the recently opened HR management position. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge that will serve TradeWinds well," says Steve Sewall, president and general manager.
