To exceed our customers' expectations, provide great jobs, and to be in the forefront of our industry's best practices.
Boats and the sea have always been a part of my life. When I chose the name TradeWinds Mechanical Services, I wanted my heritage to be a part of
the company. My roots are from that hard rock of land on the coast of Maine, known as Deer Isle. It is a land that is not suited for farming, and
for generations men would look to the sea for their livelihood. As my ancestors and countless other sailors relied so heavily on the trade winds,
I want that same strength, integrity and trustworthiness to still be true when customers and employees think of TradeWinds Mechanical Services.
As a former HVAC coordinator for a large retail chain, I knew what I wanted to offer in my service company. First and foremost, I wanted to put
the emphasis on service; we know that in order to give the service that large retail chains and commercial buildings demand, we need to listen
and communicate effectively. We offer a practical, no nonsense approach to everything we do. We apply the customer's best interest to all aspects
of response time, diagnostics, effective repair, cost effective alternatives, and follow up. Our communications and our technical expertise in
the mechanical systems that we service are assured by a companywide commitment to ongoing training for every employee in these areas.
Since 1995, when TradeWinds began, we have met these goals and more. We are proud of what we have
accomplished in that time. We have built a company that does not just pay lip service to customer service but lives it. Customer service is the
cornerstone of TradeWinds Mechanical Services - it is upon this that we base our business philosophy, stake our reputation and seek to earn our
customers' trust.
TradeWinds Mechanical Services - managed with a commitment to customer service.
